About Us

The Station Golf opened in 2025 as a place in Cheney for people to get out, have some fun and improve their golf game. Started by Tim Steiner after retiring from the Cheney Fire Department where he spent 38 years, it’s a way to stay connected to something that many of his family members were a part of. The fire department theme of The Station Golf allows Tim to show his support to the career, the people and the city that gave him so much.
